Section 44

SEC. 44. Repealing clause.&mdashThe following are hereby repealed: Sections seven hundred seventeen to seven hundred fifty-seven inclusive, Sections two thousand six hundred seventy-five to two thousand six hundred seventy-seven inclusive of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended; and such other laws or part of laws, executive orders, administrative orders; circulars, regulations and memoranda inconsistent or incompatible with this Act.
