Section 7

SEC. 7. The grantee shall be liable to pay franchise, income and other taxes as provided for in Executive Order No. 72 and Section 24(c) of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended. The grantee shall likewise be extended all the rights, privileges and benefits accorded to existing private electric utilities in the country.
