Creation of the Port Authority.

Section 3

SEC. 3. Creation of the Port Authority. – There is hereby created a public-benefit corporation to be known as the Cebu Port Authority, hereinafter referred to as the Authority. The Authority shall be under the supervision of the Department of Transportation and Communications for purposes of policy coordination.
