§ 113 — Nature of copyright in artistic works

113. For the purposes of this Act, unless the contrary intention appears, copyright in an artistic work is the exclusive right to do all or any of the following acts:(a)

to make a copy of the work;

(b)

to publish the work if it is unpublished;

(c)

to communicate the work to the public.
