s 138F Notification of rules
(1) If either regulator makes, alters or revokes any rules, that regulator must without delay give written notice to the Treasury . (1A) The FCA must also give written notice to the Bank of England. (2) Subsection (1A) does not apply to rules made under or by virtue of section 137FAA, 137FB, 137FBA, , 137FC , 137SA , 137SB ... or 333T .
