Article 18
Open ↗The director shall take decisions on transfers of appropriations within the operating budget. He shall inform the Commission and the management board beforehand, which shall have one month in which to oppose such transfers. After this time limit they shall be deemed to be adopted. Appropriations corresponding to assigned revenue may be transferred only if they are used for the purpose to which the revenue is assigned.
