Repeal

Article 69

Regulations (EC) No 2722/2000, (EC) No 908/2000 and (EC) No 366/2001 are repealed. References to the repealed Regulations shall be construed as references to this Regulation. The provisions of the Regulations repealed shall continue to apply to assistance approved under Regulation (EC) No 2792/1999.

Entry into force

Article 70

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
