Article 26
The following expenditure shall not be eligible for a contribution from EFF: (a) for the purposes of the Articles 28(3) and 34(3), point (i) of the first paragraph of Article 37 and Article 44(2) of the basic Regulation, the purchase of infrastructure used for lifelong learning for an amount exceeding 10 % of total eligible expenditure of the operation concerned; (b) the part of the cost of vehicles not directly linked to the operation concerned.
