The name ‘Saucisson de Lacaune’/‘Saucisse de Lacaune’ (PGI) is hereby entered in the register. The name referred to in the first paragraph identifies a product in Class 1.2 Meat products (cooked, salted, smoked, etc.) of Annex XI to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 668/2014 ( 3 ) .
The companies SARL René Pujol, La Lacaunaise Escande Pistre & Cie, and Maison Nègre Charcuterie Lacaunaise are authorised to continue to use the registered name ‘Saucisson de Lacaune’/‘Saucisse de Lacaune’ (PGI) until 27 February 2019.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union .
