Article 1
In Article 1 of Decision 1999/70/EC, paragraph 4 is replaced by the following: ‘4. Mazars and KPMG S.A. are hereby approved as the external auditors of the Banque de France for the financial years 2018 to 2023.’.

This Decision shall take effect on the day of its notification.
