Implementing Decision (EU) 2017/784 is amended as follows: (1) in ArticleΒ 3, second paragraph, the date β30Β September 2024β is replaced by the dateΒ β30Β September 2027β; (2) in ArticleΒ 5, the date β30Β June 2026β is replaced by the date β30Β June 2029β.
This Decision shall take effect on the date of its notification.
This Decision is addressed to the Italian Republic.
