The Cooperation Agreement between the European Union and its Member States of the one part, and the Swiss Confederation, of the other, on the European Satellite Navigation Programmes (the βAgreementβ) is hereby approved on behalf of the Union.
The position to be taken by the Union in the Joint Committee and the groups referred to in ArticleΒ 20(4) of the Agreement shall be adopted by the Council, on aΒ proposal from the Commission.
This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
