Article 7

Member States shall take the measures necessary to comply with: - Article 1 (2), Article 3, Article 4 (3), (4) and (5), Article 5 and Article 6 (3) to (8), with effect from 1 March 1986, - the other provisions of the Directive not later than 1 July 1987. They shall inform the Commission thereof forthwith.
