Article 10

1. The Commission shall communicate to the organizations referred to in Articles 6 and 7 all the information necessary for the supply. 2. The organizations referred to in paragraph 1 shall communicate to the Commission all information concerning the supplies, in particular the results of the checks on the conditions of takeover of the goods.
