Article 2

1. Tenders shall be forwarded by written telecommunication to the competent body designated by the Member State in which the goods are manufactured, as listed in Annex III. 2. Tenders must be lodged in full by 12 noon (Brussels time) on 23 April 1992. Where no award is made under Article 6 (1), tenders may be lodged by a second deadline expiring at 12 noon (Brussels time) on 7 May 1992.
