Prohibition on transfer Except in case of inheritance, the farmer shall not transfer by any means whether totally, partially, temporarily, with or without transfer of the holding, the parcels and/or the number of premium rights corresponding to the number of hectares and/or livestock premium rights established in accordance with Article 4.
