Article 88

In the case of contract staff referred to in Article 3b: (a) contracts shall be concluded for a fixed period; they shall be renewable; (b) the actual period of employment within an institution, including any period under renewal, shall not exceed three years. Periods covered by a contract as a member of the contract staff referred to in Article 3a shall not be counted for the purposes of the conclusion or renewal of contracts under this Article.
