Article 90
By way of derogation from the provision of this title, conference interpreters engaged by the European Parliament or engaged by the Commission on behalf of the Community institutions and bodies shall be subject to the conditions laid down in the Agreement of 28 July 1999 between the European Parliament, the Commission and the Court of Justice, on behalf of the institutions, on the one hand, and the associations representing the profession, on the other. Amendments to that Agreement required by the entry into force of Council Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 723/2004(1) shall be adopted before 31 December 2006 in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 78. Amendments to that Agreement after 31 December 2006 shall be adopted by agreement between institutions. CHAPTER 6 WORKING CONDITIONS
