Commission Regulation (EC) No 2074/2005 Article 10

Entry into force and applicability

Article 10

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 January 2006, except for Chapters II and III of Annex V, which shall apply from 1 January 2007.
