ANNEX III LIST OF DATA TO BE COMMUNICATED ON REQUEST TO THE COMMISSION UNDER ARTICLE 40 The data on operations that the Commission may request at any time under Article 40 of this Regulation comprises the following information, without prejudice to other information required for financial management, monitoring, control or evaluation and specified in Regulation (EC) No 1198/2006. At the written request of the Commission, the Member State shall provide the Commission with the appropriate information within 15 working days of receipt of the request or other agreed period for the purpose of carrying out documentary and on-the-spot checks. The Commission may require the information at the level of the operations, measures, priority axes or of the operational programme.
