Description of management and control systems

Article 47

The description of the management and control systems for the operational programme referred to in Article 71(1) of the basic Regulation shall contain information on the points referred to in Article 57 of that Regulation, and the information set out in Articles 48 and 49 of the present Regulation. That information shall be submitted in accordance with the model set out in Part A of Annex XII to this Regulation.
