Public aid for the temporary cessation of fishing activities

Article 5

1. The operational programme shall specify the methods for calculating the premiums granted under Article 24 of the basic Regulation. 2. For the purposes of Article 24(2) of the basic Regulation, ‘Community financial assistance allocated to the sector’ shall mean the EFF contribution to the operational programme of the Member Sate concerned.
