Capacity-building and technical assistance

Article 47

In accordance with the provisions of Article 7, the Parties agree to cooperate in the following areas inter alia : (a) For products referred to in Appendix IA, the Parties agree to cooperate with a view to strengthening both regional integration within the signatory Central African States and control capacity in accordance with the objectives of this Agreement, and in such a manner as to facilitate trade between the signatory Central African States. (b) For the products referred to in Appendix IB, the Parties agree to cooperate with a view to improving the competitiveness and quality of their products.
