Article 48

1.   The Parties confirm their commitment to the rights and obligations provided for in the WTO Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade (hereinafter referred to as ‘the TBT Agreement’). 2.   These rights and obligations shall underlie the activities of the Parties under this Chapter.
