Article 52

The Parties reaffirm the principle of transparency in the application of technical regulations and standards in accordance with the TBT Agreement. The Parties recognise the importance of effective mechanisms for consultation, notification and exchange of information with respect to technical regulations and standards in accordance with the TBT Agreement.
