Scope and definitions

Article 50

1. The provisions of this Chapter shall apply to technical regulations, standards and conformity assessment procedures as defined in the TBT Agreement in so far as they affect trade covered by this Agreement. 2. For the purposes of this Chapter, the definitions used by the TBT Agreement shall apply.
