Parent undertakings outside the Community: equivalence

Article 261

1.   In the event of equivalent supervision referred to in Article 260, Member States shall rely on the equivalent group supervision exercised by the third-country supervisory authorities, in accordance with paragraph 2. 2.   Articles 247 to 258 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the cooperation with third-country supervisory authorities.
