Right to apply to the courts

Article 25

1.   Member States shall ensure that decisions taken by the competent authorities in respect of a payment institution pursuant to the laws, regulations and administrative provisions adopted in accordance with this Directive may be contested before the courts. 2.   Paragraph 1 shall apply also in respect of failure to act.
