ANNEX II In Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, in Part 2, Section 2.8 a new last paragraph is added: ‘Where a mixture is labelled in accordance with Section 2.4 or 2.5, the statement EUH208 may be omitted from the label for the substance concerned.’
