ANNEX VII Annex VII to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 is amended as follows: (1) In Table 1.1 the rows concerning C; R34 and C; R35 are replaced by the following: ‘C; R34 Skin Corr. 1 H314 (2) C; R35 Skin Corr. 1A H314’ (2) Note 2 to Table 1.1 is replaced by the following: ‘Note 2 Going back to original data may not result in a possibility to distinguish between Category 1B or 1C, since the exposure period has normally been up to 4 hours according to Regulation (EC) No 440/2008. In these cases, Category 1 shall be assigned. However, when data are derived from tests following a sequential approach as foreseen in the Regulation (EC) No 440/2008, further sub-categorisation into Category 1B or Category 1C shall be considered.’
