Costs

Article 9

1.   Where the inspections referred to in Articles 3 and 5 confirm or reveal deficiencies warranting a prohibition of departure order, all costs relating to the inspections shall be covered by the company. 2.   The prohibition of departure order shall not be lifted until full payment is made or a sufficient guarantee is given for reimbursement of the costs.
