Information on consumer rights
Article 5
The Commission shall ensure that citizens seeking information on their consumer rights or on out-of-court dispute resolution benefit from an online entry point, through the single digital gateway established by Regulation (EU) 2018/1724 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 18 ) , enabling them to: (a) access up-to-date information about their Union consumer rights in a clear, understandable and easily accessible manner; and (b) submit a complaint through the online dispute resolution platform established under Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 and to the competent centre of the European Consumer Centres Network, depending on the parties involved.
