Amendment of Directive (EU) 2016/801

Article 29

In Article 2(2) of Directive (EU) 2016/801, point (g) is replaced by the following: ‘(g) who apply to reside in a Member State for the purpose of highly qualified employment within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2021/1883 of the European Parliament and of the Council  ( *1 ) .
