The Decision of the Bureau of the European Parliament of 15 April 2013 concerning the rules governing the treatment of confidential information by the European Parliament is amended as follows: (1) The first citation is replaced by the following: ‘Having regard to Rule 25(12) of the Rules of Procedure of the European Parliament,’; (2) In Annex II, the Security notice 6, point 9, is replaced by the following: ‘9. Without prejudice to other legal action, breaches committed by Members of the European Parliament shall be dealt with in accordance with Rule 10(5) and Rules 182, 183 and 184 of Parliament's Rules of Procedure,’.
