Article 6
The Decision of the Bureau of the European Parliament of 1 July 2019 laying down the procedures for implementing Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 1141/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the statute and funding of European political parties and European political foundations is amended as follows: (1) The sixth citation is replaced by the following: ‘Having regard to the European Parliament’s Rules of Procedure (“the Rules of Procedure”), and in particular Rules 25(11) and 241 thereof,’; (2) In Article 8, paragraph 9 is replaced by the following: ‘9. The decisions adopted under this Article shall be notified to the beneficiary as a uniform decision, in accordance with Rule 241(1) of the Rules of Procedure.’ ; (3) In Article 9, paragraph 2 is replaced by the following: ‘2. Rule 241(1), third subparagraph, of the Rules of Procedure shall apply to decisions adopted by the Bureau under this Article.’ ; (4) In Article 10, paragraph 2 is replaced by the following: ‘2. Rule 241(1), third subparagraph, of the Rules of Procedure shall apply to decisions adopted by the Bureau under this Article.’ ; (5) In Article 11, paragraph 2 is replaced by the following: ‘2. Rule 241(1), third subparagraph, of the Rules of Procedure shall apply to decisions adopted by the Bureau under this Article.’ .
