Entry into force and application
Article 4
1. This Directive shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . 2. Article 2, points (1) and (2), shall apply from 14 November 2024. Article 2, point (3), shall apply from 13 May 2024. 3. Article 2 shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
