ANNEX III Calculation of life-cycle GWP of new buildings pursuant to Article 7(2) For the calculation of the life-cycle GWP of new buildings pursuant to Article 7(2), the total life-cycle GWP is communicated as a numeric indicator for each life-cycle stage expressed as kgCO 2 eq/(m 2 ) (of useful floor area) calculated over a reference study period of 50 years.
