Amendment to Directive (EU) 2018/2001
Article 1
In Directive (EU) 2018/2001, Article 4(3), the second subparagraph is replaced by the following: ‘To that end, with regard to direct price support schemes, support shall be granted in the form of a market premium, which could be, inter alia, sliding or fixed. The second subparagraph of this paragraph shall not apply to support for electricity from the sources listed in Article 19d(4) of Regulation (EU) 2019/943, to which Article 19d(1) of that Regulation applies.’.
