Interaction with the enhanced surveillance procedure
Article 32
1. By way of derogation from Articles 11 and 21 of this Regulation, a Member State shall not be required to submit a national medium-term fiscal-structural plan or an annual progress report, where it is subject to a macroeconomic adjustment programme pursuant to Article 7 of Regulation (EU) No 472/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council ( 24 ) . 2. Where a Member State has an active national medium-term fiscal-structural plan, and that Member State becomes subject to a macroeconomic adjustment programme pursuant to Article 7 of Regulation (EU) No 472/2013, that national medium-term fiscal-structural plan shall be taken into account in the design of the macroeconomic adjustment programme.
