Confidentiality of data

Article 40

1. The information obtained or handled by the Commission under this Regulation is subject to the security rules set out in Decisions (EU, Euratom) 2015/443 and (EU, Euratom) 2015/444, without prejudice to Regulation (Euratom) No 3. 2. The security of information transmission shall be in compliance with the Commission rules and Member State requirements for the transmission of such information.
