Commission Regulation (Euratom) 2025/974 Article 44

Entry into force

Article 44

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Annexes III to X and XII to XV shall apply from 16 October 2028, and Annexes I, II, XI and XVI shall apply from 16 December 2025.
