Repeal

Article 43

Regulation (Euratom) No 302/2005 is repealed with effect from the date of entry into force of this Regulation. However, Annexes III to IX and XII to XV shall be repealed with effect from 16 October 2028, and Annexes I, II and XI shall be repealed with effect from 16 December 2025. References to the repealed Regulation shall be construed as references to this Regulation.
