Amendment to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1342

Article 5

Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1342 is amended as follows: (1) in the title, the name ‘DSM Nutritional Products Ltd, represented by DSM Nutritional Products Sp. z o.o.’ is replaced by ‘Novozymes A/S’; (2) in the second column of the Annex, the name ‘DSM Nutritional Products Ltd., represented by DSM Nutritional Products Sp. z o.o.’ is replaced by ‘Novozymes A/S’.
