Article 6

Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/778 is amended as follows: (1) in the title, the name ‘DSM Nutritional Products Ltd’ is replaced by ‘Novozymes A/S’; (2) in the second column of the Annex, the name ‘DSM Nutritional Products Ltd’ is replaced by ‘Novozymes A/S’.
