Amendment to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/163

Article 9

Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/163 is amended as follows: (1) in the title, the name ‘DSM Nutritional Products Ltd. represented in the Union by DSM Nutritional Products Sp. z o.o’ is replaced by ‘Novozymes A/S’; (2) in the second column of the Annex, the name ‘DSM Nutritional Products Ltd. represented in the Union by DSM Nutritional Products Sp. z o.o’ is replaced by ‘Novozymes A/S’.
