Amendment to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/805

Article 8

Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/805 is amended as follows: (1) in the title, the name ‘DSM Nutritional Products Ltd, represented in EU by DSM Nutritional Products Sp. z o.o.’ is replaced by ‘Novozymes A/S’; (2) in the second column of the Annex, the name ‘DSM Nutritional Products Ltd represented in EU by DSM Nutritional Products Sp. z o.o.’ is replaced by ‘Novozymes A/S’.
