第1條紙幣停止通用
所有由財政司根據本條例或已廢除的《1941年輔助紙幣條例》(Subsidiary Currency Notes Ordinance 1941)()所發行的壹仙紙幣，自1995年10月1日起，不再是香港的法定貨幣。
