Repeal and savings in respect thereof

s 34

(1) The written laws specified in the Schedule to this Act are hereby repealed. (2) Any regulation made under any of the laws repealed in subsection (1) shall continue in force until revoked or replaced by regulations made under this Act. (3) The Minister may, whenever it appears to him necessary or expedient so to do whether for the purpose of removing difficulties or in consequence of the passing of this Act, by order make such modifications to any provision in any regulation in subsection (2) as he may think fit.
