National Heritage Register

s 23

(1) The Commissioner shall establish and maintain a register known as the National Heritage Register as may be prescribed containing the lists of heritage items registered under this Act. (2) The Commissioner shall make the Register available for public inspection subject to such conditions as he thinks fit. (3) Any person may on payment of a fee to be prescribed by the Minister— (a) inspect the Register; and (b) make a copy of, or take extracts from, the Register.
