s 23 National Heritage Register
(1) The Commissioner shall establish and maintain a register known as the National Heritage Register as may be prescribed containing the lists of heritage items registered under this Act.
(2) The Commissioner shall make the Register available for public inspection subject to such conditions as he thinks fit.
(3) Any person may on payment of a fee to be prescribed by the Minister—
(a) inspect the Register; and
(b) make a copy of, or take extracts from, the Register.

Daftar Warisan Kebangsaan
(1) Pesuruhjaya hendaklah mewujudkan dan menyenggarakan suatu daftar yang dikenali sebagai Daftar Warisan Kebangsaan sebagaimana yang ditetapkan yang mengandungi senarai butiran warisan yang didaftarkan di bawah Akta ini.
(2) Pesuruhjaya hendaklah menjadikan Daftar tersedia untuk pemeriksaan awam tertakluk kepada apa-apa syarat sebagaimana yang difikirkannya patut.
(3) Mana-mana orang boleh apabila dibayar fi yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri—
(a) memeriksa Daftar; dan
(b) membuat salinan, atau mengambil cabutan daripada, Daftar.
